SpaceCat offers the following Returns Policy:
Notify us immediately if you have a problem. Refunds given only if item is substantially not as described. Generally, we will allow a return with a $15 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Must return item within 7 days for refund. Items sold as 'new' or 'sealed' are NOT RETURNABLE if opened! If, after full payment, you would like us to open and inspect the item, we will do so. If we open and inspect the item we will then guarantee the item to be in the condition stated, and thus be returnable if found thereafter to be materially different than as described.
